Kissimmee, Fla., May 17, 2008 - Amscot Financial, a leading provider of convenient, consumer-oriented financial services, held an open house on Saturday, May 17 at its new location at 1084 Cypress Parkway in the Poinciana community near Kissimmee. Amscot presented a $500 contribution in support of the Education Foundation of Osceola County.

The purpose of the Education Foundation is to assist the school district of Osceola County in continuing its tradition of excellence in educating students in Osceola County. The foundation provides scholarships to graduating Osceola County Students, classroom enhancement programs, scholarships for adults wishing to enter the field of education, and recognition of the community's dedicated educators.
