Amscot Financial is committed to serving its communities. We partner with service organizations throughout Florida area to address critical needs in our State. Throughout our more than 20-year history, Amscot has contributed more than $3.5 million to local, non-profit service organizations.

Here are just a few examples:


Amscot Financial partners with law enforcement to distribute 9,440 bike helmets in 15 Florida counties

Over the past nine years, Amscot has given away more than 40,000 free bike helmets. The company is partnering with local law enforcement agencies in 15 Florida counties to help make sure that children receive properly fitted helmets.
Amscot Financial contributes mini-grants to 13 non-profit service organizations

Amscot Financial, a leading provider of convenient, consumer-oriented financial services, recently made mini-grants of $100 to $500 to 13 non-profit service organizations in the Florida communities it serves.


A partnership with our customers for public education

Amscot Financial is a proud supporter of the Consortium of Florida Educations Foundations. Created in 1987, CFEF is the professional association for local county education foundations that serve 2.6 million public school students and 295,000 educators throughout Florida's 67 counties.
Working with law enforcement to distribute free bike helmets

For nine consecutive years, Amscot has partnership with local law enforcement agencies to distribute free bike helmets to children. During that time, we have given away more than 50,000 bike helmets, primarily to children in elementary and middle schools.
Service to our region’s neediest
Amscot Community

The Salvation Army provides food and services to needy individuals and families on a year-round basis. Officials note, however, that the summer months are typically the organization's leanest months in terms of contributions.
Financial literacy is key to personal financial freedom

In partnership with Community Financial Services Association of America, Amscot underwrites financial literacy training in conjunction with the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Suncoast (in Pinellas County) and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Tampa Bay (in Hillsborough County).


Mini-grants for non-profits

Amscot regularly makes mini-grants of $100 up to $250 to non-profit service organizations who serve the interests of children. The grants go to a variety of organization, ranging from youth leadership development to dance and artistic instruction to abuse prevention programs.
Tampa Bay Area Law Enforcement – Annual Child Bike Helmet Giveaway

Each year, Amscot Financial partners with Tampa Bay area law enforcement agencies to promote a heightened awareness on traffic safety, especially among our children.

We are proud of our continued association with Amscot Financial, a locally based financial services firm with offices throughout central Florida. Amscot is committed to building a better community and has focused significant efforts on supporting education as a means to achieve that goal.


The Salvation Army
